In Regards to COVID-19

To Our Clients and Colleagues:

The safety, health and well-being of our clients and our team are paramount to the Law Office of Becky Beaver. We are following the guidance of the CDC and the State of Texas to ensure that we keep everyone safe.

We would like to reassure you that The Law Office of Becky Beaver will continue to be available to provide services to all of our clients and will be available to confer with opposing counsel. Our priority is to maintain services to you and ensure the well-being of our community. Below is a list of FAQ’s regarding our response and commitment to you during COVID-19.

All of our lawyers and paralegals are equipped to work securely from home, and we also have various videoconferencing options available.

Our lawyers and our legal team are available to discuss your legal matters through email, call, or videoconference with your lawyer.

The Texas courts are adjusting regular operations. At this time, the Travis County courts are closed to non-emergency matters until April 13, 2020. This is a dynamic and changing situation, but we are following the situation closely and are constantly being updated on what the courts are doing during this time. Our attorneys are available to discuss with you what this will mean for your case.

For initial consultations, we have office staff working during this time. For information about a family law or divorce matter, please call our office and we can get a consultation scheduled.

Delivering the highest quality and most attentive services to our clients remains our highest priority, while working in this difficult situation to ensure everyone’s health and safety.

We are committed to working through this difficult situation together.
